Answers to common questions about Loophire.
I didn't receive my sign-in email — what do I do?
We send a fresh sign-in link to your email every time you submit the form on the Sign in page. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, then request a new link — each link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes. If it still doesn't arrive, email support@loophire.org and we'll verify your address.
My sign-in link expired or doesn't work
Sign-in links expire 15 minutes after they're sent and can only be used once. If your link has expired or you've already clicked it, return to the Sign in page and request a new one — you'll get a fresh email within a few seconds.
How do I connect my LinkedIn account?
After signing up, go to the Sessions tab in your dashboard and follow the “Import LinkedIn session” flow. You'll need your LinkedIn cookies; the import guide walks you through exporting them from your browser.
How do I configure which jobs get applied to?
Use the Searches tab to define keywords and filters. The scout runs periodically and queues matching jobs. Use the Profiles tab to update your resume data and preferences that inform how applications are filled.
What is the trial period?
New accounts include 5 applications at no charge. Once you exhaust the trial, you'll see an in-dashboard prompt to upgrade — your queued jobs resume automatically the moment your subscription is active. You can also upgrade anytime from the Billing tab. No credit card is required to start.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are month-to-month, billed via Stripe. Manage your plan and view recent invoices on the Billing tab. To cancel or delete your account, see “How do I cancel my account?” below.
Why did an application get skipped?
Applications are skipped when the job is already applied, the job title doesn't match your filters, the form is unsupported, or your session has expired. Check the Applications tab for the skip reason on each row.
My LinkedIn session expired — what do I do?
Go to the Sessions tab and import a fresh set of LinkedIn cookies. Sessions typically last several weeks; the dashboard will show a warning when a session is approaching expiry.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your subscription, open the dashboard, click Billing, then click Manage subscription. You'll be taken to Stripe's secure billing portal where you can cancel — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. To permanently delete your account and all data after canceling, use the Settings tab. To download a JSON copy of your data first, click Settings → Export My Data. If the dashboard is unreachable, email support@loophire.org and we'll process the cancellation within one business day.
